About Néo Samas

Catalyst. Author. Multi-Passionate Creative Founder.

"Some people spend years trying to be one thing. I spent years learning why that was never going to work — and what to build instead."

— Néo

Néo Samas is a catalyst at the intersection of the things we're told to keep separate — identity and economics, spirituality and strategy, creative sovereignty and collective responsibility.

His work lives at the crossroads of conscious selfhood and social architecture: the liminality of gender and where the divine lives within it; race and the stories it writes on the body before we're old enough to refuse them; nationality, geographical belonging, and what it means to be a citizen of somewhere and of everywhere; and social class — not as a ladder to climb, but as a set of inherited assumptions about worth, belonging, and what you're allowed to want.

The journey began with a simple, terrifying question: What if the life you were given was never meant to be the life you lived?

That question became Right Mind, Wrong Body — a memoir about identity, dissonance, and the courage it takes to name yourself out loud. It was the first public act of a philosophy that would later take shape as Neology: a framework for understanding identity not as a fixed object, but as a living system you design.

From those early reflections, a community emerged. In 2020, Startup Hive was born from the realization that multi-passionate entrepreneurs need more than motivation — they need infrastructure, and a place where creative founders could build without shrinking themselves into a single job title.

Today, Néo's work lives at the intersection of healing and sovereignty. Through books, video, and community, the mission is the same: give people the language and the tools to rebuild on their own terms.
